This Privacy Policy explains how SinarTech HR ("SinarTech", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our website, join our talent network, apply for a role, submit a business enquiry, or interact with us through LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms or other channels.
SinarTech HR is the business responsible for deciding how and why the personal data covered by this policy is used. We are an AI-powered HR and talent advisory business based in the United Arab Emirates, helping companies build, manage and scale high-performing teams — and helping candidates find relevant employment opportunities.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of our platform, and information submitted through business enquiry forms.
Candidates and talent-network users
- Identifiers and contact details, such as your name, email address and phone number.
- Account and profile data, such as your login details, preferences, job preferences and availability.
- Your CV or resume and other information you voluntarily supply, such as employment history, education, qualifications, skills, job preferences and availability.
- Application and interview data, including the roles you apply for, your applications, interview details and related communications.
- Uploaded documents, such as CVs, certificates and other files you choose to share.
- Technical and security data, such as IP address, browser and device information, and log data used to operate and secure the platform.
Business enquiries and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms
- Your name and business contact details.
- Your job title, company or organisation, and company size or headcount.
- Your recruitment or HR needs, vacancies and service interests.
- Your preferred contact method and the content of your enquiry or message.
- Any other fields clearly shown on the relevant form at the time you submit it.
When you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn may also process your information under its own privacy terms, available in LinkedIn's Privacy Policy.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- provide, operate and manage the platform, your account and the services you use;
- respond to enquiries and follow up on requests you send us;
- discuss and provide the HR or recruitment services you ask about;
- manage candidate profiles and applications;
- carry out talent-network matching, connecting candidates with relevant opportunities;
- identify and communicate relevant employment opportunities to you;
- enable communication between candidates and prospective employers;
- maintain the security of our systems and data;
- troubleshoot issues and improve our services; and
- keep necessary records.
Consent and choice
You provide information to us voluntarily. Where consent is required, we will ask for it before processing your information. By submitting a talent-network registration or a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, you permit us to use the information you provide for the purposes described in this policy.
Communications about employment opportunities or other marketing can be declined at any time, and you can withdraw consent at any time — for example, by using the unsubscribe link in a message or by emailing info@sinartech.ae. Choosing to withdraw consent or opt out does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before your choice, and it does not prevent us from sending essential service messages such as account or security notices.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only in the circumstances described below:
- Service providers. We work with providers that support hosting, communications, security and operations. They process information on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security controls.
- Prospective employers and clients. Where relevant to recruitment or talent-network matching, we may share a candidate's information with a prospective employer or client — only where appropriate, and where this is communicated to the candidate (for example, when applying for a specific role). We do not share CVs broadly or make them available to employers without a relevant opportunity.
- Legal and security reasons. We may disclose information where required by applicable law, or where necessary to protect our rights, the safety of our users or the security of our platform.
How long we keep information (retention)
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Candidate profiles may remain in the talent network until you remove them or withdraw consent, subject to legitimate retention needs — for example, where you have an ongoing application or a legal recordkeeping obligation applies.
How we protect information (security)
We apply reasonable organisational and technical security safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls, secure storage and appropriate technical measures. However, no online system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot warrant the absolute security of information submitted over the internet.
International transfers
Your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries outside the United Arab Emirates — for example, where a service provider is located abroad or where a prospective employer is based outside the UAE. Where such transfers occur and applicable law requires safeguards, we apply appropriate safeguards to protect the information. Sharing with prospective employers outside the UAE follows the same approach described under "How we share information" — relevant to the opportunity and communicated to the candidate.
Your rights and how to make a request
Subject to applicable law and any necessary retention periods, you may have the right to:
- request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- withdraw consent you have given;
- object to certain processing or communications; and
- request deletion of your personal information.
To make a request, email info@sinartech.ae. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law. Where we are permitted or required to keep certain information — for example, for legal or recordkeeping reasons — we may not be able to complete deletion immediately.
Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to bring them to your attention by updating this page.
